In addition, Dr. Fernandez is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and in Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostic Medicine and specializes in a nonsurgical approach to spine and soft tissue injuries. Austin Sports Medicine has worked with some of the country’s finest athletes and sports teams. Their physicians continue to cover the orthopedics needs of The University of Texas Men’s Athletic program and have for the last 30 years.
